The documentary shines a spotlight on one of the baseball‘s most enduring legends, the promise made by Babe Ruth to hit a home run for ailing boy during Game 4 of the 1926 World Series.

Although the boy, one Johnny Sylvester, was not expected to survive his illness, he not only regained his health but lived to a ripe old age to tell the story.
