Moe's Southwest Grill Is Coming To Springfield
This will be the first Moe's Southwest Grill location to open in Springfield and the third in Union County.
SPRINGFIELD, NJ — Moe's Southwest Grill is opening a new location in Springfield. This will be the first location in the township and the third in Union County.
The new location will be on 25 Route 22 East near the Union border. It will be part of the new 13,000-square-foot plaza.
A Moe's spokeswoman confirmed the eatery would be opening this Winter. A specific opening date hasn't been announced yet.

The southwest franchise restaurant offers burritos, bowls, quesadillas, tacos, salads, chips and salsas and more.
Currently, the closest Moe's location to the township is in Linden or in the Jersey Gardens Mall in Elizabeth.
