Sponsors Needed For Union County's Salute To Veterans 5K And Fun Run

SPRINGFIELD, NJ — Sponsors are needed for the Union County's First Salute to Veterans 5K & Fun Run through Springfield to support the New Jersey Veterans Network.

The race starts at Jonathan Dayton High School and ends at Springfield Town Hall and will be held on Sunday, Oct. 1 from 9 to 10:30 a.m.

The New Jersey Veterans Network is comprised of members from the New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association (NJPBSA), the New Jersey State Fraternal Order of Police (NJSFOP), the New Jersey State Firefighters Mutual Benevolent Association (NJFMBA), the New Jersey American Legion, the New Jersey Veterans of Foreign Wars (NJVFW), and various other military and first responder organizations.

The NJVN is dedicated to helping veterans and their families live a better life, and creating a system of Community Veteran Liaisons (CVL) whose role is to identify veterans and connect them with resources and programs designed to meet their unique set of needs.

The NJVN, in conjunction with Temple Sha'arey Shalom, Union County and the Township of Springfield, are looking for sponsors to support the New Jersey Veteran's Network through the Union County 1st Annual Salute to Veterans 5K & Fun Run.

Attendees will represent all 21 towns within Union County

and promotion will be county-wide. Sponsors will be acknowledged in various forms throughout the event, including listing on the race shirts, promotional materials, newsletters and media releases. Contributions are tax-deductible.

Platinum Sponsor ($2,500+)

• Most prominent logo on back of shirt
• Prominent listing as event sponsor on race materials including website, flyers, newsletters, and media releases
• Five complimentary race registrations including T-shirts
• One 8.5 x 11 insert in race bag (provided by sponsor)

Gold Sponsorship ($1,500)

• Mid-sized Company Logo on back of shirt
• Listing as event sponsor on race materials including website, flyers, newsletters, and media releases
• Three complimentary race registrations including T-shirts

Silver Sponsorship ($500)

• Smaller Company Logo on back of shirt
• Listing as event sponsor on race materials including website, flyers, newsletters, and media releases
• One complimentary race registrations including T-shirts and (1) additional T-shirt

Bronze Sponsorship ($250)

• Company name on back of shirt
• One complimentary T-shirt
