Food Truck Festival Coming to Springfield On April 25

The first of its kind event will include around 15 trucks, a basket auction and a raffle.

SPRINGFIELD, NJ — Attention to all food truck lovers! The first edition of the Springfield Rotary Food Truck is coming to town on April 25.

Around 15 food truck are participating and will be open from 11 a.m to 6 p.m., at the back parking lot of the Jonathan Dayton High School. Among them are Uncle Tuan’s, Erving’s Brisket, Arctic Dog, and Wandering Que, a glatt kosher BBQ truck.

There will be a 50/50 raffle, as well as an auction for baskets valued at $200 or more, according to the Springfield Rotary Club, which is putting the event together along with the Jonathan Dayton High School PTSO.

Proceeds from the event will go to both organizations. Among its efforts, the Rotary Club has supported Jonathan Dayton High School senior students with annual scholarships.

Tickets are $5 and children under the age of 10 have free admission. Face masks and temperature checks will be required at the entry for all participants.
