Springfield Mayor Issues Coronavirus Update As Of May 6, 2020

May 7, 2020

Springfield has NO NEW cases of COVID-19, keeping our total at 213 positive
tests and 16 deaths. Union County has 101 new cases of COVID-19, and 32 new
deaths, totaling 13,604 positive tests and 800 deaths. The State of New Jersey
currently has 1,297 new cases of COVID-19 and 305 new deaths, bringing the
state total number to 131,890 positive tests, and 8,549 COVID-19 related deaths.
