Springfield Schools Reminds Parents Of Flu Policies
Any student who has a fever must stay home and can only return to school once they are fever/symptom free for 24 hours, the district said.

SPRINGFIELD, NJ — The Springfield Public Schools Nurse sent out a letter to all parents reminding them of the district's flu policies.
"It is our district policy that any student who has a fever stays home and can only return to school once he/she is fever/symptom free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medicine," Dolores Luke, certified school nurse, stated.
Additionally, parents must notify the health office if a child has been diagnosed with the flu.
