Springfield's Pier 1 Imports To Close End Of March

SPRINGFIELD, NJ — Pier 1 Imports in Springfield will be closing at the end of March due to a leasing issue, an employee at the store told Patch.
Located at 275 Route 22 East in Springfield, the home furnishing store is currently offering 20 to 50 percent off all items in the entire store.
The store's last day of business will be March 28. This was the only store located in Union County, the nearest location is now in Watchung on Route 22 West.

Pier 1 did not immediately respond to Patch's request for comment. However, the Springfield location has already been removed from Pier 1's location list on its website.
