Surviving the Holidays GriefShare, DivorceCare Seminars Offered

Renaissance Church is hosting two seminars, one for those who are impacted by divorce and separation and another for those who are processing the loss of someone this holiday season. Partnering with DivorceCare and GriefShare, the encouraging seminars will offer practical tips. Please register to receive the seminar materials in advance.

Surviving the Holidays from GriefShare takes place November 15, 1–3 pm. The seminar is especially intended for people who are grieving a loved one’s death. Topics will include how to deal with the emotions you may face during the holidays, what to do about upcoming traditions and other changes, helpful tips for navigating social events, and discovering hope for the future. There will be a video, an optional time to share, and you will receive the GriefShare Holiday Survival Guide.

Surviving the Holidays from DivorceCare takes place November 16, 7–9 pm. The seminar is intended for those who are separated or divorced and want to learn how to deal with their emotions during the holidays, helpful tips for navigating social events, helping children through the holidays, and discovering hope for the future. There will be a video, an optional time to share, and you will receive the DivorceCare Holiday Survival Guide.
