Members and friends of Temple Sha'arey Shalom, Springfield, gathered for a "Mitzvah Morning" on Saturday, January 4, to make sandwiches and lunch bags for the needy. The synagogue partners annually with BRIDGES, a non-profit outreach in Summit that works with the homeless. Temple volunteers also helped to distribute the lunch bags and other necessities.
