Certified speech language pathologist Meaghan Sica is leading a four-week summer literacy program starting June 28. Classes are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with small groups. Find more information here.

The New Jersey Intergenerational Orchestra is performing at the Summit Village Green at 7 p.m. on June 29. String and chamber ensembles will perform under the artistic direction of Maestro Warren Cohen. Bringing a blanket or chair is encouraged.

Help a good cause
A hoedown throwdown fundraiser is happening in Berkeley Heights on June 26. The proceeds will go towards Home for Good Dog Rescue. The event is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and there will be food, music, raffles and family fun activities. Admission is $30 for adults and $15 for children under 12. More information can be found here.
