Ani Ramen House Announces Fall Opening Date In Summit
The Summit location will have signature Japanese Ramen bowls with custom signature noodles by Sun Noodle and other dishes.
SUMMIT, NJ — A fall opening date is being planned for Ani Ramen House at 427 Springfield Ave. in Summit where the former Bombay Bistro was located.
This will be Montclair Hospitality Group's third location of the popular ramen concept. The other two locations are Ani Ramen Montclair (which opened in 2014) and AniRamen Jersey City (which opened in 2017).
The Summit location will have similar features such as their signature Japanese Ramen bowls with custom signature noodles by Sun Noodle and other dishes such as bao buns, homemade crispy gyoza and other Japanese Izakaya small plates.

Lunch and dinner will be served daily and like Montclair, this location will be a BYOB dining destination.
The Summit location has a total of 3,500 total square feet that will serve as restaurant (2,000 square feet) with 75 seats as well as a commissary kitchen for the brand. The space will be designed by Pixel Experience just as Montclair and Jersey City were and will feature mural artwork by acclaimed artist Rich Tu, a New Jersey native.

“We’re are excited and thankful that our ramen concept has been so well-received," Founder & Partner Luck Sarabhayvanija stated. "We are pleased to become part of the Summit community and are in good company located near Summit House and The Committed Pig. We are also planning the rollout of several other New Jersey locations, so be on the lookout for an Ani Ramen coming to a downtown near you soon.”
