Baby Is Summit's Pet Of The Week

SUMMIT, NJ — Meet Baby! She has been chosen as Summit Patch's Pet Of The Week.

"This pretty 20 year old calico kitty is the queen of our household. Every year we celebrate her birthday in July with a cupcake and candle!

Though not as frisky as she was in her youth, Baby still has many interests, including napping in the sun on the deck, napping on the sofa by the picture window — basically napping anywhere she can.

She also loves weekend trips to the Catskills where she enjoys napping in our country home!"

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com. Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the town you're from. You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today.
