Bands, Art, And 'TeaVee' To Headline Summit Pride Event
Local drag queen Zenon TeaVee will present a "family-friendly drag performance" on Summit's Village Green. "Rent" will be screened.

SUMMIT, NJ — The Summit Department of Community Programs is hosting its annual LGBTQ+ Pride month event, “Summit Has Pride,” on June 5 (a Saturday) on the Village Green.
The Summit Has Pride event includes educational and non-profit displays from organizations serving the LGBTQ+ community. There will be special art activities, a temporary tattoo booth, and more. The event is free and open to the entire community.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. with Audio Riot in concert. The band features pop and pride-month favorite tunes.

At 7:30 p.m. local drag queen Zenon TeaVee will present a family-friendly drag performance. At
dusk, the event concludes with the showing of the PG-13 film "Rent."
