Cheeseburger Ice Cream Is Being Served At This Summit Tavern
The ice cream is infused with burger meat, cheddar cheese, and applewood-smoked bacon and finished with chopped bacon and cheddar.

SUMMIT, NJ — Ice cream has been known to come in a variety of unique flavors: Caramel balsamic, sweet corn, candied bacon, asiago cheese, and now cheeseburger.
The Office Tavern Grill in Summit created the flavor as part of a promotion in honor of National Cheeseburger Day, Sept. 18.
The ice cream is made from an infusion of hamburger meat, cheese, and applewood-smoked bacon and finished with chopped bacon and cheddar cheese.

A complimentary scoop of the ice cream will be served with each burger purchased at The Office in Summit on Sept. 18. The Summit locations can be found at 61 Union Pl.
'We love pushing the envelope at The Office Tavern Grill,” said Kevin Felice, corporate executive chef of 40NORTH Restaurants, operators of The Office Tavern Grill, “And it’s safe to say that National Cheeseburger Day is one of our favorite holidays. We can’t wait for everyone to try the cheeseburger-flavored ice cream we’ve made for free with their burger purchase so they can compare our creation to the real thing.”

There are also Office Tavern Grill locations in Ridgewood and Morristown. The restaurants serve modern twists of classic American comfort foods. Each features 40 rotating beer taps and extensive selection of craft beers.
