"JCP&L continues to work on restoring any customers that remain out of service from Winter Storm Riley first. These customers are expected to be back in service by 11:30 p.m. on March 10," said Ronald Morano, spokesman for JCP&L. "Customers that were affected by the second nor'easter, Quinn, in northern New Jersey are expected to be back in service by 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14."
There are about 11,000 still remaining from Riley all in Northern New Jersey including portions of Somerset and Union counties, Morano noted.

"Overall, JCP&L has restored service to more than 385,000 customers. There has been significant damage to JCP&L's infrastructure. Tens of thousands of trees have been damaged by the two storms. JCP&L's work has included making conditions safe, opening roads and replacing thousands of spans of wire and 500 poles," Morano said.
There are currently more than 4,400 workers engaged in the restoration effort and JCP&L is bringing in crews in from as far away as Texas, Indiana and the Carolinas to assist.
