Kevin Is Summit's Pet Of The Week

SUMMIT, NJ — Meet Kevin! He has been chosen as Summit Patch's Pet Of The Week.

"This is our dog, his name is Kevin and he just turned a year old! Those are pictures of him with my brother when we first got him, and on his first birthday. He is a mutt that we rescued after his mother (who is a total black lab) gave birth to a litter and the family had to put the puppies up for adoption. He is a mix of a million different breeds but mainly pit bull, hound, and chow. He’s a really chill dog and we love him so much!"

Do you think your pet should be Summit's Pet of the Week?

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com with subject line "Summit Pet Of The Week." Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the town you're from.

You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today.
