Micropaving Begins In Summit. See What Roads Will Be Impacted

More than a dozen roads are scheduled for work over the next week.

SUMMIT, NJ - More than a dozen roads will be take out of commission over the next week as the Department of Community Services will begin its annual roads micro-paving program.

During the micro-paving process, access to driveways will be prohibited until the asphalt application is completely dry, officials said. Residents are asked to park vehicles on neighboring side streets before 7 a.m.

Officials note that access to emergency vehicles will be provided at all times, the work is weather permitting and the street schedules are subject to change.
