Summit July 4th Fireworks and More: 2018 Guide

SUMMIT, NJ —Summit's 71st annual Fourth of July day-long celebration will be held on July 4 from 9:30 a.m. t0 9:45 p.m. at Soldiers Memorial Field at 5 Myrtle Ave.

The celebration includes the Children's Decorated Bicycle Parade, the Food Truck Festival, live music, carnival rides, children's entertainment and the Grand Fireworks Display.

Daytime Festivities:

• 9:30 a.m. Food Truck Festival Opens
• 9:45 a.m. Flag Raising Ceremony
• 10 a.m. Children’s Decorated Bicycle Parade
• 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Rides and Amusements
• 10:30 a.m. The Paisley Pickles in Concert
• 11:30 a.m. The Kootz in Concert
• Noon City Services Softball Game

Evening Festivities:

• 6 p.m. Food Truck Festival, Rides and Amusements Open
• 6:30 p.m. Jam with Jamie in concert
• 7:30 p.m. Daddy Pop in concert
• 9 p.m. Retire the Colors
• 9:15 p.m. Grand Fireworks Display
