Summit Sports Spotlight: Eden Levkov, Caroline Herring

SUMMIT, NJ - Girls JV Tennis players Eden Levkov and Caroline Herring were chosen as Summit sports spotlight athletes by Coach Bill O'Regan.

"The freshmen 3rd doubles team of Eden Levkov and Caroline Herring has fought through some really tough matches that they lost in close tiebreaks against tough competition from Montclair-Kimberley Academy, Kent Place, and Westfield," O'Regan said. "In sports, sometimes we only look at the wins and forget to acknowledge the losses that build the foundation for future successes. What I love most about this team is that they never give up and always fight, so every match is close. They have been tested a great deal, and it is clear that they are resilient. Therefore, I expect them to continue to capitalize on these experiences moving forward."
