Summit Spring Musical Pippin Bows Feb. 27

SUMMIT, NJ – Summit High School Theatre Department has magic to do this month as the spring
musical Pippin opens at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 27 at 6 p.m. for four nights in the Summit High School auditorium.
“A troupe of dancers tells the story in this stylized musical of young Prince Pippin’s quest for true happiness,” Summit High School Drama Director Anne Poyner said. “Pippin explores the glories of war, the temptations of love, and the intrigues of political power before discovering that happiness lies not in the extraordinary but in the ordinary moments of every day. This Tony Award winning musical is sure to captivate a wide range of audiences with its unforgettable music, dazzling Bob Fosse choreography and universal storytelling. Please join us with your friends and family for this wonderfully engaging production.”

The show is recommended as PG-13 for mature content.
