Summit's Piattino To Host Rise and Rosé Brunch

SUMMIT, NJ — Piattino: A Neighborhood Bistro will be hosting a Rise and Rosé Brunch at its Summit location on Sunday, July 15 at noon.

Guests are invited to have four courses of Italian cuisine created specifically for the tasting event, each paired with a different rosé wine, to complement each dish.

The full four-course Rise & Rosé menu includes:

• Ricotta & Beet Parfait – fresh berries, pistachios, and homemade granola
  • Pairing: Bolla Sparkling Rose – Italy

• Salmon Toast – House cured salmon, fried egg aioli, charred sourdough, everything bagel brittle caper relish
  • Pairing: Caposaldo Rose – Veneto, Italy

• Citrus & Melon Salad– goat cheese, dill, black pepper
  • Pairing: Decory Rose – California

• “Bacon & Egg” Ravoli– maple & brown butter emulsion, crispy prosciutto, chives
  • Pairing: Fleur de Mer – Provence France
