Surprise! Blossom Asian Bistro Open In Summit
The new location of the eatery celebrated a soft opening in downtown Summit Tuesday morning.
SUMMIT, NJ - Those with a hankering for Asian cuisine options in Summit now have a new one to add to the list as Blossom Asian Bistro is open for business.
According to Downtown Summit, the restaurant opened their doors at 11:30 a.ml on Tuesday as part of a soft opening. The folks at Downtown Summit Inc. are encouraging those in the area to stop by and say hello.
"No reservation is necessary," they noted on their social media. "We welcome them to the Summit business community and wish them much success with their new restaurant."

The eatery is located at 379 Springfield Ave. and the menu can be viewed on their website.
