The Taste of Summit is an event for the entire family. While parents indulge in their favorite foods, children 12 and younger can enjoy their own eats and special activities while listening to music from Paul Fessock and musicians from Summit’s World of Rock.

During the Taste of Summit, historical society trustees will draw the winning raffle ticket for four prizes: an overnight stay for two with dinner and breakfast at The Grand Summit Hotel, a necklace from Schroth & Lorenson Jewelers, an AncestryDNA Genetic & Ethnicity Test, and a Summit Antiques Center gift certificate. The $5 raffle tickets are being sold at the Carter House, 90 Butler Parkway in Summit (Tuesdays 9 a.m. to noon and Wednesdays 1 to 4 p.m.), at Sweet Nothings at 26 Beechwood Road in Summit (Monday through Saturday 10 to 5:30), and will be available the night of the event.
