Ten-Year-Old Photographer Shares Photos Of Summit In The Snow

"Do you know that feeling when you make new footprints on a clean and fresh slate of snow?" asked Laetitia, 10. See more of her work below.

SUMMIT, NJ – After a nor'easter dropped more than 10 inches of snow in North Jersey from Wednesday afternoon to early Thursday, Laetitia Hubert, age 10, sent us several of her favorite black-and-white and color photos that she took Thursday. Check them out below and read her thoughts below in the captions.

"Laetitia has been taking pictures around Summit and I know would love to do more next year," said her mom. "It's her passion. I think she picked it up from her grandfather who, when alive, resided in Scotland and was a photographer in his earlier years."

Over the course of the storm, Union County got more than 8 inches of snow in some areas, according to Accuweather. Spotters reported that Cranford got 6.4 inches and that Westfield got 5.6. Read more: Who got the most snow
