The Summit High School production of "Newsies" (see story here) will not be performed in person Thursday, but will be still streamed, and will be performed in person through the weekend. Also, tickets for the Thursday in-person performance will be honored at a matinee on Saturday, June 5 at 2 p.m.
"Performing Arts Garden and auditorium tickets for tonight's show will automatically transfer to the Saturday matinee," said organizers. "Ticket holders may also trade their matinee tickets for an auditorium closed circuit video or home stream for either the Friday, Saturday (8 p.m.) or Sunday (7 p.m.) evening performance.
"The home stream for this evening WILL run as scheduled at 8 p.m. Opening night was spectacular and you can take advantage of the off night to watch the NEWSIES debut in your own home!"
