SUMMIT, NJ — On Tuesday, Patch told you how much money you have to make to afford a home at the median sale price in North Jersey.

According to HSH.com, which tracks mortgage rates, the median sale price of a home in North Jersey, part of the New York City metro area, residents need to make nearly $100,000 to buy a home for a median sale price of $419,100. (We won't get into that whole Central Jersey debate — that's a discussion for another time!)
