Construction Teaneck Hampton Inn Project Hits Milestone: Developer

The 350-room hotel is expected to accommodate 6,000 guests a month. It is scheduled to be complete in 2018.

TEANECK, NJ — The 350-room hotel at the Glenpointe Complex in town is scheduled to be complete in 2018.

The last of the concrete for the hotel's foundation was poured recently. The dual-branded hotel will include 190 Hampton Inn & Suites rooms and 160 Homewood Suites rooms.

The hotel is expected to bring more than 6,000 guests per month to the area and create dozens of permanent hospitality-related jobs, according to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, the project's developer. The firm owns and manages the Glenpointe Complex.

Guests of both hotel brands will share a meeting room, function space, a fitness center and a parking garage.
