Drunken Bergen Man Covered in Vomit Fights Cops in Mall, Police Say
Incident occurred Wednesday afternoon at the Garden State Plaza.

A Saddle Brook man who was found drunk and covered in vomit at the Garden State Plaza last week became combative when officers tried to render him aid, police said.
Kenneth Arch, 27, who stands at 6-foot-3 and 230 pounds, “became combative, kicking tables and chairs and spitting on the officers” when police tried removing him from sitting on a couch in the mall at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Paramus Police Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg told CliffViewPilot.com.
Arch, who “began to fight and physically resist” when officers arrested him, was transported to Bergen Regional Medical Center for treatment and is now being held at the Bergen County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail, the report said.
