Holy Name To Resume Johnson & Johnson Vaccines On Request
The coronavirus vaccine by Pfizer is used by default in both Teaneck and West New York vaccine centers, but patients can ask for J&J.

Holy Name CEO and President Michael Maron said he believes there should be trust in the reinstated vaccine, and that the reward far outweighs the risk.
"The overall benefit of being vaccinated against COVID-19 far exceeds the limited risks associated with any of the authorized vaccines," said Maron.

The J&J vaccine is especially beneficial for homebound residents, or others who are unable to receive a two-dose vaccine.
But, for those who are still weary of the J&J vaccine, Holy Name will only administer it if a patient explicitly asks for it.
