Center for Real Estate Education is Giving Away 21 Scholarships For 2021

The Center for Real Estate Education (CFREE) is pleased to announce our first annual real estate scholarship program. The CFREE 21 Scholarships for 2021 program will award over $21,000 in scholarships to 21 deserving applicants who demonstrate both a need and an interest in starting, or changing, to a career in real estate.
Applicants should create an Instagram video stating how a new real estate career will change their life, post the IG video link on our application at recareercenter.com/yourstory, and ask their social media network to vote for their video. The 21 applicants with the most votes, along with our Scholarship Panel’s approval, will be awarded full tuition to the Center for Real Estate Education to take the required New Jersey 75 Hour Pre-Licensing course and obtain their real estate license.

“With so many out of work due to Covid-19, we knew we had to provide people with a way to start over in 2021.” Eric Anderson, State Director of the Center for Real Estate Education said, “Entry into real estate is easy and relatively fast. Those who are 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED, and are deemed of good moral character are able to finish real estate school in as little as two weeks and begin a whole new career.”
All the classes are taught online with a live teacher making it accessible to those who are working or have children distance learning at home. The Center for Real Estate Education provides a rolling admission, meaning students can start anytime. They also allow students to mix and match classes during live sessions 7-days a week and 3-evenings a week. Students can create their own schedules by attending a mixture of daytime, evening, and weekend classes, giving even shift workers the flexibility to start a new career.

When asked about the role of social media in the scholarship submission process, Mr. Anderson explained, “We wanted our scholarship program to emphasize the importance of social media and utilizing personal and professional networks. Networking and social media are two of the largest tools available to real estate agents. By running the scholarship submissions through Instagram videos, we are able demonstrate the power of networking and open the scholarship to a vast number of deserving individuals who need a change in 2021.
The Center for Real Estate Education is licensed through the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. The application process will run through March 17, 2021 enabling recipients to become licensed by the start of the spring real estate season.
