Teaneck Hosts COVID-19 Vaccine Webinar

TEANECK, NJ — Teaneck officials are continuing an effort to share information to community members about the COVID-19 vaccine.

The latest of these efforts is a webinar scheduled for Thursday at 4 p.m. Viewers can tune in via YouTube livestream, and questions can be submitted prior to the event via questions@teanecknj.gov.

Township officials will also stream the webinar on the township government Facebook page.

Billed as a "Latino Education Seminar," this event follows a similar webinar which reached out to "minority communities" in Teaneck at the end of January.

A panel of four health professionals and city officials includes:

• Mayor James Dunleavy, MD
• Councilman Michael Pagan
• Gilberto Gastell, MD, Holy Name Medical Center
• Debora La Torre, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, National Association of Hispanic Nurses President
