Cedar Grove Elks Host Special Children’s Christmas Party For 2016
According to the Cedar Grove Elks, 95 guests that were able to sit on Santa's lap during the event.
CEDAR GROVE, NJ — The Cedar Grove Elks #2237 held a Special Children’s Christmas Party earlier this month, hosting a holiday celebration for 95 guests.
According to the Elks, 95 guests that were able to sit on Santa’s lap during the Dec. 10 event, along with 65 aides and guardians. The party was made possible with the help of a $2,500 Elks National Foundation Beacon Grant, which helped the committee to purchase the radios with batteries that were given to each guest and the food, beverages and decorations needed for the event.
