Cedar Grove Junior Firefighter Day Happening This Sunday

CEDAR GROVE, NJ — The Cedar Grove has in store an activity fun-filled day, with games and activities for kids grades k-6 this Sunday, at the Community Park.

Parents can bring their kids anytime between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to participate in a series of fire stations, including hose pull, relay. They will get a medal after completing the tasks.

There will also be a jaws of life demonstration, fire truck rides, a CG fire truck wet down, a live DJ, and refreshments available for purchase.

Parents should bring a labeled water bottle and towels and sandals or water shoes for their kids. Bathing suits under the clothes are also recommended for participating in the wet-down.
