Cedar Grove Police Not Shaving To Help Mom Of 3
If Cedar Grove police officers look a little scruffy, there's no need for concern, it's for a good cause.

CEDAR GROVE, NJ — Police officers will put the razors down soon in and effort to help a local mother of three fight cancer.
The Cedar Grove Police Department and Cedar Grove High School staff are participating in No-Shave November.
Donations taken in this year will be donated to the Walton family, said police Chief Joseph Cirasa. Allison Walton, a single mother of three Cedar Grove students, is battling against the disease.

Police officers will have donation containers at all high school events.
No-Shave November is an Internet-based initiative devoted to growing cancer awareness by getting people to forgo shaving and grooming hair, which many cancer patients lose while getting treatment. The organization encourages people to donate the money they typically spend on shaving and grooming to helping cancer patients.
