Cedar Grove Schools to Delay Opening by Two Hours

Cedar Grove School District said public schools will delay opening by two hours as a winter storm and rapidly plunging temperatures will leave road surfaces covered in black ice.

The National Weather Service has an advisory up until 9 a.m., warning of treacherous travel conditions as temperatures fell into the teens and single digits, turning slushy road surfaces into virtual ice skating rinks.
