Home Aide Stole From Elderly Woman In Cedar Grove: Police
A home aide working in Cedar Grove has been accused of stealing more than $7,000 in jewelry from a local resident.

CEDAR GROVE, NJ — A home aide working in Cedar Grove has been accused of stealing more than $7,000 in jewelry from a local resident, authorities announced Monday.
The theft was originally reported on April 18. The victim told officers that multiple pieces of jewelry went missing from her master bedroom over several days, according to the Cedar Grove Police Department.
“Because there were no signs of forced entry, nor had anyone been in the house, the elderly resident began to suspect their home aide may be involved,” Cedar Grove police stated.
