‘Mud Sweat Tears’ Fitness Center Opens In Verona

VERONA, NJ — Are you ready to shed your “mud, sweat and tears” in Essex County? Earlier this week, Verona officials officially welcomed a new, 6,000 square foot fitness facility to town with an enthusiastic social media hello.

According to the township:

“Mud Sweat & Tears is a brand new, 6,000 square foot facility that offers group classes, personal training, custom built obstacles and new workouts daily.”
