Verona, Cedar Grove Runners Test Their Mettle In NYC Marathon
A field of runners from Verona and Cedar Grove laced up their sneakers for the 2018 New York City Marathon.
VERONA, NJ — A field of runners from Verona and Cedar Grove laced up their sneakers for the iconic New York City Marathon last weekend.
According to race organizers, there were 52,812 total finishers for the 2018 marathon, which took place on Sunday. Overall, the average runner took 4:40:22 to complete the race. (See individual results and finishing times here)
NYC Marathon organizers shared a list of runners registered for the 2018 race prior to Sunday’s event. The following list doesn’t include the whole field from Verona and Cedar Grove, only runners who agreed to share their information with media.
