Verona Native's Company Breaks Ground On Luxury Apartment Complex
De Mattheis Investments celebrated the ground breaking of its new project, Verona Place Apartments, at 435 and 449 Bloomfield Ave.

A Verona native has created a new luxury apartment complex in his hometown.
On Sept. 25, De Mattheis Investments celebrated the ground breaking of its new project, Verona Place Apartments, at 435 & 449 Bloomfield Ave.
According to a release, the brick luxury apartment complex will feature two buildings with a mix of 20 one and two-bedroom units. All units and common areas will be professionally designed/decorated by an interior designer, with unit details such as hardwood floors, granite counters and porcelain tile.

Verona Place will be financed by First Niagara Bank of Buffalo, NY, and is slated for completion during the summer of 2016, a release stated.
“I could not be more excited to bring this project to my hometown of Verona,” said Mark De Mattheis, principal of De Mattheis Investments.
