Verona UFO Sighting Among 183 Reported In NJ In 2019

VERONA, NJ — Was it a bird? A plane? Superman? Whatever it could be, Verona was among those places in New Jersey where a UFO was reportedly sighted in 2019.

New Jersey had 183 reported sightings of strange objects in 2019, according to the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC).

On June 1 at 9:30 p.m., someone reported, "2 unusual crafts, fully lit, flying erratic, followed by sustained stillness."

The sighting made its way to a list compiled by the National UFO Reporting Center, an independent organization that's been around since 1974. The group, which has assisted police departments when people report their observations to 911, has put together a list of more than 90,000 sightings around the world.
