While On Demand Fitness has been around for some time, it has recently experienced a tremendous uptick in growth due to the fact that the entire $100 billion fitness industry was forced to go virtual in response to COVID-19. What does this mean for you? It means you don’t have to give up your workout. It also means that you are probably overwhelmed by the influx of on demand fitness options. It’s a good problem to have, but the overabundance of choices can leave your head spinning in this new, virtual world of fitness. What is one to do?

I don’t know about you, but after four weeks of quarantine, I’m voting for number three. I need the structure, routine, and discipline that comes from an all-inclusive, on demand fitness approach that’s affordable. I need to find all my workouts in one place (no more googling random workout videos to do without a clear sense of direction). I want to track my progress and workouts. I want options and variety. I want to feel like I’ve accomplished something and I want to have fun.

During my time in quarantine, I've painstakingly researched and worked out across endless, on demand platforms; comparing and contrasting the pros and cons of each. I'm happy to report that I've narrowed it down to my top three.
