First Coronavirus Death In Warren
As of Tuesday, there are 37 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Warren. Somerset County has a total of 1,033 positive cases and 40 deaths.
WARREN, NJ — The first death in Warren from the new coronavirus was confirmed on Tuesday by Township officials.
"The report was generated this morning confirming that a valuable elderly member of our community, who did have some underlying conditions, has succumbed to this devastating disease. We extend our sincerest condolences to the family,"Warren Township Health Officer Kevin Sumner said.
As of Tuesday, there are 37 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Warren. Somerset County has a total of 1,033 positive cases and 40 deaths as of Tuesday.

"Our goal remains the same — to slow and eventually stop the spread of this disease. We ask the public to help us in this effort by following the public health recommendations such as social distancing and hand washing," Sumner said.
