'Get Out, Exercise': Warren Officials Urge Residents Amid COVID
Warren Mayor George Lazo and Deputy Mayor Vic Sordillo shared an update on the coronavirus pandemic status in the township through a video.

WARREN, NJ — Warren Mayor George Lazo and Deputy Mayor Vic Sordillo shared an update on the coronavirus pandemic status in the township through a recorded video.
The key message from both Lazo and Sordillo, along with following social distancing, was for residents to care of themselves.
"Eat well, get plenty of rest, and get your exercise in because you have to take care of yourself personally. You have to be strong enough, if you are subject to exposure, you can fight it off," said Sordillo.

"We want to see folks get out and exercise. We don't want this to define their lives right now. Get out stay healthy. Let's continue what we've been doing — washing our hands, face masks, social distance when possible," Lazo said.
