Hillcrest Road Improvements - Oct. 21 Public Meeting

A public information meeting on proposed improvements to Hillcrest Road (CR 531) will be held Monday, Oct. 21, starting at 7 p.m. in the Watchung Municipal Building, 15 Mountain Blvd.

The purpose of the meeting is to present the findings of recent studies and to hear comments from the interested public.The project area extends from 600 feet south of High Oaks Drive to the I-78 interchange, in the Borough of Watchung and Township of Warren. The studies performed consisted of an analysis of existing traffic volumes and crash data, site data collection, needs assessment, a traffic signal warrant investigation, preparation of conceptual design plans, and a proposed alternatives analysis.
