WARREN, NJ — A jack-knifed tractor-trailer on Interstate 78 in Warren is causing a lane closure Monday afternoon.

The truck is reported stuck on the westbound side of the highway just west of Exit 40 - CR 531 in Warren Township causing one right lane of the three lanes to be closed as of 1:45 p.m., according to 511nj.org.
