New Jersey Real Estate Agent Named “30 Under 30” Finalist

WARREN, N.J. (March 13, 2020) – Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey is pleased to announce that Kyle Boylan, a REALTOR® affiliated with the Warren/Watchung office, has been named a finalist of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 program. The public is invited to vote for Boylan, who is one of 50 finalists selected from hundreds of applicants from across the United States. This is the 20th anniversary class of 30 Under 30.

At 23, Boylan is the youngest Realtor among this year’s 30 Under 30 finalists selected by REALTOR® Magazine.

REALTOR® Magazine selects 50 rising stars in the profession as finalists. Judges will select 29 honorees from the field of finalists. The last spot is a Web Choice Award which is based on the most online votes on the magazine’s website. Voting is open and will close on Friday, March 20 at 1 p.m. ET. According to NAR, the average age of a real estate agent is 54. Many young agents face challenges when it comes to finding new clients and combat questions about experience. Boylan achieved $7.5 million in sales volume and 41 transaction sides in 2019. His niche market is investment and bank-owned (REO) properties. He is an investor himself, owning 10 apartments and one garage, and hopes to increase his holdings to 20 units by the end of 2020. Boylan is co-founder of Boylan Investment Group with his brother, Michael.
