Predicted Hazardous Weather Postpones Warren's Summer Concert

Warren's last summer concert featuring Ross Griswold & The Second Line is being postponed to Thursday, July 18.

WARREN, NJ — Warren Recreation's last summer concert is being postponed to Thursday, July 18 due to predicted hazardous weather.

The concert featuring Ross Griswold & The Second Line had initially been scheduled for Wednesday night. The concert will now be held on July 18 at the Municipal Pavilion located at 46 Mountain Blvd. from 7 to 9 p.m.

There is a risk of severe weather Wednesday afternoon and evening with possible damaging wind gusts as a result of tropical storm Barry coming into the local area, according to the National Weather Service.

A flash flood warning is also in effect for the area from 2 p.m. into the evening as the storm brings the potential for heavy showers and thunderstorms.
