• 37 Skyline Dr.: Listed at $757,000, four-bedroom, 3.1-bath Colonial sold for $740,000 after 13 days;
• 7 Larson Lane: Listed at $819,000, four-bedroom, 2.1-bath Colonial sold for $812,000 after 14 days;  
• 17 Nottingham Way: Listed at $848,900, five-bedroom, 5.1-bath contemporary sold for $820,000 after 67 days; 
• 3 Rambling Brook Lane: Listed at $1,150,000, seven-bedroom, 7.1-bath Colonial sold for $1,100,000 after 45 days.
