Republicans Maintain Lead: Warren Committee Election Results
As of Friday, the Somerset County Board of Elections has counted 162,658 vote-by-mail ballots out of the roughly 256,000 ballots sent out.

WARREN, NJ — Michael "Mick" C. Marion, current Mayor of Warren, and George Lazo, current Deputy Mayor, continue to maintain their lead in the Warren Township Committee election as vote tallies were updated on Friday night.
As of Friday, the Somerset County Board of Elections has counted 162,658 vote-by-mail ballots out of the roughly 256,000 ballots sent out countywide.
In Warren, 9,258 have been counted. There are 13,700 registered voters in the township.

Here are the latest unofficial results as of Friday night:
- George Lazo: 4,974
- Michael "Mick" C. Marion: 4,892
- John Patrick Fahy: 3,832
- Ilana Goldstein-Barsky: 3,4756

Warren Township School Board also has a contested race with five candidates vying for three, three-year seats.
- Laura Keller: 3,930
- David Brezee (Incumbent): 3,107
- Todd Weinstein: 2,905
- Christian Bellmann (Incumbent): 2,749
- Eric D. Winch: 2,015
Lori Ruckstuhl-Clar is also running unopposed for the one, one-year unexpired seat.
- Lori Ruckstuhl-Clar: 5,664
For Watchung Hills Regional School Board, Peter Fallon is running for the one, three-year seat representing Warren and Michael Birnberg is running of the one, three-year seat representing Watchung.
- Peter Fallon: 6,176
Nathan Rudy, the spokesman for Somerset County, said votes will continue to be counted daily and updated periodically on the county's election board website. However, official results are not expected until Nov. 20 at the earliest.
