Somerset County Rain Totals: Tropical Storm Isaias
One of New Jersey's towns recorded more than 5.4 inches of rain during Tuesday's storm. See how Somerset County measured up:
SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — Tropical Storm Isaias brought plenty of rain and wind to the area bringing down trees and causing some flooding.
According to the National Weather Service, Logan Township in Glouster County recorded the most with 5.41 inches in New Jersey. In Somerset County, Bridgewater recorded the highest total.
Here is a breakdown of some Somerset County towns' recorded rainfall, according to the NWS:

- Bridgewater - 3.77 inches
- Far Hills - 2.95 inches
- Skillman - 2.94 inches
- Somerville - 2.65 inches
- Branchburg - 2.21 inches
- Watchung - 2.21 inches
The storm also brought heavy wind to the area with 59 mph peak wind gusts recorded at Neshanic Station and 58 mph in Bridgewater, according to the NWS.
